Common Login Barriers

1. "Wrong Authentication Method"

  • The Issue: You signed up using "Log in with Google" but are now trying to use a password (or vice versa).

  • The Fix: Stick to your original method. If you signed up with Google, always click the Google button. You likely do not have a password set on the backend.

2. "User Not Found"

  • The Issue: You are entering the wrong email address.

  • The Fix: Double-check if you signed up with your personal email or your work email. SendScale treats these as two completely different accounts.

3. 2FA Lockout

  • The Issue: You lost your phone or authenticator app.

  • The Fix: Use the Backup Codes you saved during setup.

  • The Emergency Fix: If you lost those too, you must contact Support (via the chat widget on the marketing site) and go through a strict identity verification process to have 2FA reset.

4. Password Reset Not Arriving
