Common Login Barriers
1. "Wrong Authentication Method"
The Issue: You signed up using "Log in with Google" but are now trying to use a password (or vice versa).
The Fix: Stick to your original method. If you signed up with Google, always click the Google button. You likely do not have a password set on the backend.
2. "User Not Found"
The Issue: You are entering the wrong email address.
The Fix: Double-check if you signed up with your personal email or your work email. SendScale treats these as two completely different accounts.
3. 2FA Lockout
The Issue: You lost your phone or authenticator app.
The Fix: Use the Backup Codes you saved during setup.
The Emergency Fix: If you lost those too, you must contact Support (via the chat widget on the marketing site) and go through a strict identity verification process to have 2FA reset.
4. Password Reset Not Arriving
Check your Spam/Promotions folder.
Wait 5 minutes. Transactional emails can lag.
Ensure you are typing the email correctly (e.g., [email protected] vs [email protected]).
