Campaign Not Sending

The ultimate checklist for when you click "Launch" but the campaign stays silent.

The "Stuck" Campaign

You hit "Start," the toggle is Green, but "Emails Sent" remains at 0. Why? SendScale has multiple safety brakes. If any of these conditions are met, the engine will not fire.

The 5-Point Safety Check

1. The Schedule Brake

Go to the Schedule tab of your campaign.

  • Time Zone: Is it currently within the window?

    • Example: If you set it to "London Time" (GMT) and it is 6 PM in London, the campaign is closed for the night.

  • Days: Is today selected (Blue)? If today is Saturday and Saturday is White (off), it won't send.

2. The Lead Queue Brake

Go to the Leads tab.

  • Do you have leads with the status "New"?

  • If all leads are "Completed," "Unsubscribed," or "Bounced," there is nobody left to email. You must import fresh data.

3. The Daily Limit Brake

Go to Campaign Settings.

  • Check "Daily Email Limit". If you set this to 50, and you already sent 50 emails today (perhaps in the morning), it stops until tomorrow.

  • Note: This resets at midnight in your Account's time zone.

4. The Account Connection Brake

  • Are the email accounts connected to this campaign Active (Green)?

  • If they are Grey, the campaign has no engine to drive it.

5. The "Time Gap" Brake

  • In Settings, check "Minimum time gap between emails."

  • If this is set to 20 minutes, the system can only send 3 emails per hour per account. It might just be working very slowly.
