Warmup Not Sending

Troubleshooting scenarios where the Warmup is enabled (Green/Orange Fire), but the "Emails Sent" counter stays at zero.

Diagnosis Checklist

If your warmup analytics show "0 Sent" for the last 24 hours, check these four settings immediately.

1. Check the Daily Limit

Go to Account Settings > Warmup.

  • Is "Daily Warmup Limit" set to 0? If so, increase it to 40.

  • Note: If you have "Progressive Ramp-Up" enabled, and you just started today, the limit might be 1. This is normal.

2. Check "Weekdays Only"

  • Is it Saturday or Sunday?

  • If "Weekdays Only" is toggled ON, the system physically stops sending from Friday 11:59 PM to Monday 12:00 AM. This is not a bug; it is a feature to mimic human behavior.

3. Check Your Subscription

  • Did your credit card fail?

  • If your SendScale subscription is Past Due or Cancelled, the Warmup Engine pauses all activity immediately. Check Settings > Billing.

4. Check Filter Tags (Advanced)

If you are receiving warmup emails but they aren't being archived (cluttering your inbox), your Warmup Filter might be broken.

  • Go to Account Settings > Warmup.

  • Copy the "Warmup Tag" (e.g., ``).

  • Ensure you have created a Rule/Filter in Gmail/Outlook to auto-archive emails containing this tag.
