Don't Sprint Immediately
Even after the 14-Day Warmup, you should not jump straight to 50 emails/day. You need to "Ramp Up" your cold traffic.

Assuming you have completed the 14-day warmup:

Managing the Settings
You can automate part of this using the "Progressive Ramp-Up" setting in your Warmup tab, but Campaign Limits must currently be adjusted manually in the Campaign > Settings tab.
