Accessing Your Profile
Your Profile Settings control your personal access to the SendScale platform. This is distinct from your "Email Accounts" (which are for sending campaigns) or your "Workspace Settings" (which are for your team).
To navigate here:
Log in to SendScale.
Click the SendScale Account Name located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation sidebar.
Select the “Manage Account" tab from the settings menu.
Managing Personal Details
Here you can update the information associated with your user seat:
First & Last Name: This name appears to your team members within the workspace.
Note: This does not change the "Sender Name" on your email campaigns. That is managed under the "Accounts" tab per inbox.
Login Email: You can change the email address you use to sign in. If you change this, you will need to verify the new email address before the switch is finalized.
Profile Picture: Upload a headshot to help your team identify you in the "Members" list and in the "Notes" section of SmartBox.
Security & Password Management
Protecting your SendScale account is critical, as it contains sensitive lead data and email access.
Changing Your Password:
Click the "Security" tab.
Click the “Set Password" button
Enter your current password for verification.
Enter your new password (must be at least 8 characters).
Session Management: If you suspect you left your account logged in on a public computer, or if you simply want a clean slate:
Click "Log out of all devices". This immediately invalidates your session cookies on every browser and phone where you are currently signed in, forcing a re-login.
