Upgrading Your Plan
Scaling in SendScale is designed to be frictionless. As your team grows, you will need more volume.
How to Upgrade:
Navigate to Settings > Billing.
You will see your current plan highlighted (e.g., "Current Plan: Starter").
Click the "Upgrade" button on the target tier (e.g., Growth or Scale).
Monthly vs. Annual: You can toggle the switch at the top of the pricing card to see "Annual" pricing. Paying annually typically unlocks a discount (e.g., ~20% off).
Canceling Your Subscription
We understand business needs change. You can cancel your subscription directly inside the app without jumping through hoops.
The Workflow:
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Feedback: You may be asked for a brief reason for cancellation. This helps us improve the product.
Confirmation: You must confirm the cancellation finalization.
What happens after cancellation?
Access: You will retain access to your account and features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Data Retention:
Campaign Data: Your campaigns will pause. Historical data is retained for a grace period (typically 30-90 days) to allow you to reactivate later.
Leads: Your lead lists remain in the system during the grace period but cannot be exported after your access expires.
Downgrading
If you are on the "Scale" plan but find you aren't using the full 600,000 email capacity, you can Downgrade to "Growth."
Effect: The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
