The SendScale Commercial Philosophy

Unlike legacy "All-in-One" platforms that force you into expensive bundles, SendScale decouples your Sending Engine (Outreach) from your Fuel Source (Data). This allows you to scale efficiently.

For example, if you already have a list of 10,000 leads from a conference, you shouldn't be forced to pay for a "Data Plan." You only need sending volume. Conversely, if you just need to find leads for your team to cold call, you shouldn't be forced to pay for email sending volume.

Your subscription is likely a combination of two distinct products:

1. Email Outreach Plans (The Sending Engine)

This plan dictates the Volume of emails you can transmit through our infrastructure. It is the "pipe" through which your campaigns flow.

  • What it covers:

    • Sending Volume: The total number of emails (initial + follow-ups) you can send per month.

    • Lead Storage: The number of active leads you can upload or import.

    • Unlimited Accounts: All paid plans allow you to connect Unlimited Email Accounts. This is crucial for "Horizontal Scaling" (e.g., connecting 20 inboxes to send 1,000 emails/day safely).

The Tiers:

  • Starter ($35/mo):

    • Capacity: 7,500 Emails/month.

    • Storage: 1,500 Leads.

    • Best for: Solopreneurs or validation testing.

  • Growth ($95/mo):

    • Capacity: 100,000 Emails/month.

    • Storage: 30,000 Leads.

    • Best for: Growing agencies and active sales teams.

  • Scale ($325/mo):

    • Capacity: 600,000 Emails/month.

    • Storage: 125,000 Leads.

    • Best for: Enterprise volume and large agencies.

2. SmartSearch Plans (The Data Fuel)

This plan dictates how many Lead Credits you receive monthly to "unlock" verified lead information from our database.

  • Credit Logic: You are generally not charged for searching, only for "Enriching" (revealing the email/phone).

  • Rollover: Unused credits typically do not reset monthly; they will accrue.

The Tiers:

  • Core: 2,600 Credits/mo.

  • Turbo: 6,750 Credits/mo.

  • Ultimate: 65,000 Credits/mo.

3. Infrastructure Line Items (Optional)

If you utilize our Domain Purchase services, these appear as separate line items on your invoice to give you granular control.

  • Domains: Billed annually (approx. $15/year per domain).

  • Mailboxes (User Seats): Billed monthly (approx. $5/month per inbox).

Why separate? This allows you to cancel your software subscription but keep your domains active, ensuring you own your infrastructure assets permanently.
