Drilling Down
While the main dashboard shows you how much you are working, Campaign Analytics show you what is working.
Navigate to the Campaigns tab.
Click on the specific campaign you want to analyze (e.g., "Agency Outreach Q1").
Click the "Analytics" sub-tab in the campaign header (next to "Leads").
Step-by-Step Breakdown
SendScale provides granular telemetry for every step in your sequence.
Step 1 Sequence stats: Shows how well your opener performed.
High Open / Low Reply? Your subject line worked, but your pitch failed.
Step 2 Sequence Stats: Shows the performance of your first follow-up.
Strategy: Often, Step 2 gets more replies than Step 1 because it bumps the thread. If Step 2 has zero replies, your follow-up might be too aggressive or annoying.
Account Performance
In the Campaign Analytics view, you can also see:
Campaign Email Accounts: Which accounts are performing best?
Value: If you notice a high performing account in your campaign, you can investigate further to understand why? Age of warmup? Copy differentiation?
