Date Range Filtering

How to leverage the time-series data to view historical performance and troubleshoot the common "No Data" confusion.

Updated over 2 months ago

The "No Data Available" Scenario

New users often panic when they log in and see a pop-up or blank chart stating: "No Data for This Period."

Do not panic. This rarely means your data is lost. It almost always means your Date Filter is set to a range where no activity occurred.

  • Example: You launched a campaign on Friday. You log in on Monday morning. The dashboard defaults to "Today" (Monday). Since no emails have gone out yet this morning, the dashboard shows "No Data."

Changing the Date Filter

  1. Look at the Top Right Corner of the Dashboard.

  2. Click the button that displays a date range (e.g., "Last 7 Days").

  3. Select a Preset:

    • Today: Real-time monitoring.

    • Yesterday: Reviewing yesterday's performance.

    • Last 7 Days: The standard weekly view (Recommended for spotting trends).

    • Last 30 Days: Monthly reporting.

    • Last 3 months: The cumulative history of your workspace over the last 3 months.

The "Trend Line" vs. "Aggregate"

  • The Big Numbers: The large bold numbers (e.g., 1,250 Sent) represent the total for the selected period.

  • The Chart: The wave graph below the numbers shows the velocity day-by-day. Use this to identify if your sending volume dropped on weekends (which is normal if "Weekdays Only" is enabled).
