The Command Center
When you log in to SendScale, the Dashboard is your landing page. It provides a holistic view of your entire workspace's performance across all email accounts and all campaigns.
Unlike a standard email client, this dashboard is designed to show aggregate health. If you have 50 email accounts sending 50 emails each, this screen compiles that into a single view of "2,500 Emails Sent."
Core Metrics Defined
1. Sent
Definition: The total number of emails successfully dispatched from your accounts during the selected time period.
Context: This includes initial cold emails and automated follow-ups. It does not include Warmup emails (those are tracked separately in the Accounts tab to avoid polluting your sales data).
2. Open Rate (%)
Definition: The percentage of recipients who opened your email at least once.
Formula: (Unique Opens / Total Sent) * 100
Benchmark: Aim for 40% - 60%.
Insight: If your Open Rate is low (<30%), it usually indicates a problem with your Subject Line or your Deliverability (landing in Spam).
3. Reply Rate (%)
Definition: The percentage of recipients who replied to your email.
Benchmark: Aim for 5% - 15%.
Insight: This is your "Money Metric." A high reply rate means your offer is resonating with the specific list you targeted. If opens are high but replies are low, your Call to Action (CTA) or offer needs work.
4. Click Rate (%)
Definition: The percentage of recipients who clicked a tracked link inside your email.
Usage: Only populates if you have "Link Tracking" enabled in your campaign settings.
Note: We generally recommend disabling link tracking for cold outreach to improve deliverability, so seeing "0%" here is often not a bad thing (it means you are prioritizing inbox placement).
5. Bounce Rate (%)
Definition: The percentage of emails rejected by the recipient's server.
Benchmark: AIM TO BE UNDER 3%.
Critical Warning: If this number climbs above 3%, you are at risk of having your domains blacklisted. Stop sending and re-verify your lead lists immediately.
