Accessing Campaign Settings
Navigate to your Campaign and click the "Settings" tab on the top navigation bar (far right).
Sending Limits
Daily Email Limit: This is the hard cap for this specific campaign.
Example: Set to 50. Even if you have 1,000 leads and 10 accounts, the system will stop after sending 50 emails total for the day. Use this to pace your outreach and manage lead flow.
Max New Leads Per Day: Use this to throttle the inflow. You might want to send 100 emails total, but only contact 20 new people per day (saving the other 80 slots for follow-ups).
Reply Behavior (Critical)
Stop on Reply: Enable (Blue). This is mandatory for professional outreach. If a lead replies "Yes, let's talk," the system removes them from the queue. If disabled, they will receive "Just following up..." 2 days later, killing the deal.
Stop on Auto-Reply: Disable (Grey). Auto-replies are "Out of Office" messages. You do want to keep following up with these people so you catch them when they return.
Prioritize New Leads: If enabled, the system sends Email 1 to new prospects before sending Email 2 to older prospects. Use this when you want to aggressively test a new list.
Tracking & Delivery
Link Tracking:
Enable: If you need to know who clicked your website link.
Disable (Recommended): Disabling tracking improves deliverability because it removes the "Redirect" URL that spam filters scrutinize.
Text-Only Emails:
Enable: This strips all HTML formatting. The email looks like it was typed in plain text. This has the highest inbox placement rate.
