Auto-Enrich Settings

How to automate credit usage and data unlocking for high-velocity workflows using the Auto-Enrich toggle.

Updated over 2 months ago

What is Auto-Enrich?

By default, when you add a lead to a list (especially via CSV import), they enter in a "Raw" state. This means you have their name and company, but you haven't spent a credit to unlock their email or phone number yet.

Auto-Enrich is a "Set and Forget" feature. When enabled for a specific list, SendScale automatically finds and verifies contact information for any lead added to that container, instantly deducting the necessary credits.

How to Enable Auto-Enrich

  1. Navigate to the Lead Lists tab.

  2. Locate the specific list you want to automate.

  3. Look for the column labeled "Auto-Enrich."

  4. Toggle the Switch: Click the button to change it from "No" (Grey) to "Yes" (Green).

Strategic Use Case

The Bulk CSV Import If you upload a list of 10,000 domains and want emails for all of them immediately:

  • Create a list called "Bulk Import."

  • Turn Auto-Enrich ON.

  • Upload the CSV.

  • SendScale processes the entire batch in the background.

Important Warning: Credit Consumption

Auto-Enrich consumes credits automatically. If you inadvertently upload a CSV of 50,000 contacts to an auto-enrich list, the system will attempt to enrich all of them, potentially draining your monthly credit balance in minutes. Always double-check this toggle before performing large imports. Previously enriched leads will not consume credits.
