The Enrichment Concept
In SendScale, the function of searching is free. You can view names, companies, and titles without spending a dime. You only pay (use credits) when you "Enrich" a lead, which means unlocking their verified contact information.
The Enrichment Workflow
1. Select Your Leads
After running a search, look at the results list.
Individual Selection: Check the boxes next to specific people you like.
Bulk Selection: If the search results look good, you don't need to select manually. Just proceed to the next step.
2. Click the Enrich Button
Located in the top right of the results view. This opens the Enrichment Modal.
3. Configure Enrichment Options
Quantity Slider: Use the purple slider to determine how many leads to grab.
Example: Your search found 5,000 CEOs. You only want to test 50. Drag the slider to "50".
Add to List: Choose "New List" to create a fresh container (e.g., "Q3_CEOs") or "Existing List" to append these leads to a previous batch.
Enrichment Options:
Enrich Work Email (Required): This finds the B2B email address (e.g., [email protected]).
Full Enrichment: Check this box if you also want Mobile Numbers and Personal Emails.
Cost Note: Full enrichment typically costs more credits per lead than standard email enrichment. Check the UI for the current rate displayed next to the option.
4. Verification & Credit Usage
When you click "Enrich Leads," SendScale processes the data in real-time.
Credit Deduction: Credits are deducted from your monthly balance (Core/Turbo/Ultimate).
Verification: We ping the receiving server to verify the email exists.
Valid (Green Shield): The email is safe.
Unknown: The email bounced.
