AI-Powered Search

How to use the Natural Language search engine to build complex lead lists using simple English sentences, bypassing the need for manual filter selection.

The "No-Code" Approach to Prospecting

Traditionally, building a lead list required you to be an expert in Boolean search logic (AND, OR, NOT operators) and to manually click through dozens of dropdown menus.

SendScale’s AI-Powered Search replaces this manual labor with a Generative AI interface. You describe your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in a sentence, and our system automatically maps your intent to the correct demographic and filters.

How to Use AI Search

1. Access the Interface

Navigate to the SmartSearch tab on the left sidebar. By default, you will land on the main search dashboard. Look for the large purple box in the center of the screen labeled "AI-Powered Search."

2. Construct Your Prompt

Type your criteria into the text field. Be specific about Role, Industry, Location, and Company Size.

  • Basic Prompt: "Real Estate Agents in Florida."

  • Advanced Prompt: "CEOs of SaaS companies in New York with 50-300 employees."

3. Generate Filters

Click the "Generate Filters" button (or press Enter).

  • What happens next: The AI does not just show results; it physically fills in the sidebar filters for you.

  • Verification: Look at the left sidebar. You will see that "Job Title" is now set to CEO, "Location" is set to New York, and "Headcount" is set to 50-300.

4. Refine Results

Once the AI has applied the base layer, you can manually tweak the filters. For example, if the AI selected "New York (State)" but you only wanted "New York City," you can go into the Location filter on the left and adjust it.

Best Practice Prompts

To get the most out of the AI, use this formula: **** at **** in [Location] with ****.

  • For Agencies: "Marketing Directors at E-commerce brands in the UK with $1M-$10M revenue."

  • For Tech Sales: "CTOs at FinTech startups in San Francisco founded after 2020."

  • For Recruiters: "Senior Java Developers in Austin, Texas."
