The Spam Death Spiral
Once your emails start landing in the Spam folder, it is incredibly difficult to get out.
The Logic: If 100 people receive your email in Spam and leave it there, Google learns: "This sender belongs in Spam."
The Fix: You need recipients to physically go into the Spam folder, find your email, and drag it to the Primary Inbox (or click "Report not spam"). This is the strongest positive signal in the email ecosystem.
How Spam Recovery Works
SendScale’s Warmup Network automates this rescue mission.
Detection: When our peer network receives your warmup email, it checks the Spam folder.
Rescue: If your email is found in Spam, the automation moves it to the Primary Inbox.
Whitelisting: It marks your address as a "Safe Sender" and marks the email as "Important."
Configuring Spam Recovery
This setting is found in the Warmup tab of your account settings.
The Slider: You can adjust the percentage of spam emails that get rescued.
Recommendation: Set this to 100%
Why? There is never a scenario where you want your email to stay in Spam. You want every possible negative signal converted into a positive signal.
Note: Spam Recovery only applies to Warmup Emails sent to the SendScale network. We cannot physically move your real sales emails out of a prospect's spam folder (that would be magic). However, the reputation boost from recovering warmup emails will eventually cause your sales emails to land in the Inbox as well.
