The Health Score
On your Accounts dashboard, you will see a column labeled "Health Status" next to the Fire icon.
What it calculates: The percentage of your warmup emails that landed in the Primary Inbox vs. the Spam Folder over the last 7 days.
95% - 100%: Excellent. Your domain is trusted. You are safe to send campaigns at full volume.
80% - 95%: Good. Minor deliverability issues. Continue sending but monitor closely.
< 80%: Poor. Your domain is being filtered.
Action: Pause all Sales Campaigns immediately. Let the Warmup engine run alone for 1-2 weeks until the score recovers to >95%.
The Warmup History Log

Click into an account's settings.
Select the "History" tab (located next to Campaign Settings).
What you will see:
Sent Date: Exact timestamp.
Recipient: The anonymized email address in our network that received your mail.
Subject Line: The AI-generated subject used.
Status: "Inbox" or "Spam" (and if it was recovered).
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"My Health Score is N/A" It takes approximately 5-7 days of active warmup to generate enough data for a statistically significant Health Score. If your account is new, please be patient.
"My Daily Limit is not being reached" If you set a limit of 40 but only see 20 emails sent:
Check if "Progressive Ramp-Up" is on. If you are on Day 20, the system should only be sending 20 emails. This is a feature, not a bug.
Check your Global Settings. If you have a Workspace-level limit, it might be overriding individual account settings.
"I see weird emails in my Sent Folder" This is normal! Since SendScale sends emails from your account, you will see them in your Gmail/Outlook "Sent" folder.
Do not delete them.
Do not reply to them.
SendScale automatically archives these in your inbox so they don't clutter your view, but they must exist in your Sent folder to be real.
