What are Interactive Page Guides?
SendScale is a robust platform with deep functionality. While SendScale University is your textbook, the Interactive Page Guides are your on-the-job instructors.
Every major page in the SendScale application (Dashboard, Accounts, Campaigns, SmartSearch) comes with a dedicated, interactive tour that highlights the specific buttons, metrics, and tools available on that screen.
How to Access a Guide
Navigate to any page where you need assistance (e.g., the Accounts tab).
Look at the Top Right Corner of the application header.
Locate the "Book" Icon. It sits to the top right of the screen.
Click the Icon.
An overlay will appear, dimming the rest of the screen.
Follow the Steps: Click "Next" to move through the tour. The guide will physically point to elements like the "Add New" button to explain exactly what they do.
When to use Page Guides
Onboarding: When you first log in, visit the Accounts Tab and run the guide to understand your metrics.
Troubleshooting: If you are in the Accounts Tab and don't understand what the "Fire Icon" means, click the Page Guide for an instant explanation.
Pro Tip: You can restart a guide at any time. If you forget how a feature works, just click the book icon again. It is always available.
