Quick Start Checklist

The fastest path to your first won lead. Follow this sequential guide to set up your SendScale workspace correctly from Day 1.

Phase 1: Infrastructure (The Foundation)

Time to complete: 15 Minutes

  1. Log in to SendScale and navigate to the Accounts tab.

  2. Add Email Accounts:

    • Option A (Recommended): Click Add New > Get New Email Account Search for a domain similar to your brand (e.g., if your site is agency.com, buy getagency.com). Purchase the domain and add 2-3 user seats (Personas).

    • Option B: Connect existing Google Workspace accounts via OAuth.

  1. Verify DNS: If you connect your own accounts, ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are active. (Users purchasing an account on the platform can skip this; we handle it automatically).

  2. Enable Warmup: Click the Fire Icon next to your new accounts.

  • Set Daily Warmup Limit to 30.

  • Enable Progressive Ramp-Up (Increase by 2/day).

  • CRITICAL: Let accounts warm up for 14 Days before sending volume campaigns.

Phase 2: Lead Sourcing (The Fuel)

Time to complete: 10 Minutes

  1. Navigate to SmartSearch.

  2. Define your ICP: Use the filters on the left or the AI-Powered Search bar.

    • Example Prompt: "Marketing Directors in SaaS companies in Austin with 50-200 employees.”

  1. Review Results: Check the preview list to ensure relevance. Preview is capped to 100 but total results may exceed that amount.

  1. Enrich & Save: Select the leads you want (e.g., 500 leads) and click Enrich. Slider is available to define the number of leads you’d like to enrich from the results.

  2. Create a List: Save these leads to a new list named (e.g., Austin CEO list V1).

Phase 3: Campaign Construction (The Launch)

Time to complete: 20 Minutes

  1. Navigate to Campaigns > Add New. Name your campaign.

  2. Step 1 - Leads: Click "Import from List" and select the list you created in Phase 2.

  3. Step 2 - Sequences: Write your email copy.

    • Use Variables like {{first_name}} to personalize.

  • Use Spintax {Hi|Hey} to vary your openers.

  • Click the Spam Check button to ensure your copy is safe.

  • Click the Preview button to ensure you like the overall look of the email.

  • Send a Test Email from the preview module to verify once more the will be received as you desire.

  1. Step 3 - Schedule: Set your sending window (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM EST). Ensure Saturday/Sunday are unchecked if weekends are undesired.

  2. Step 4 - Settings:

  • Select Accounts: Select ALL the email accounts you warmed up in Phase 1 that you’d like to participate in this campaign. SendScale will split the load between them.

  • Daily Limit: Set a safe limit (e.g., if you have 3 accounts, set the campaign limit to 90).

  • Stop on Reply: Ensure this is ENABLED.

Phase 4: Launch & Manage

  1. Click Launch Campaign.

  2. Monitor the Dashboard for performance analytics.

  3. Check SmartBox daily to reply to interested leads and mark them as "Interested" or "Meeting Booked".
