What is SendScale?
Unlike traditional email marketing tools which are designed for sending newsletters to people who have already subscribed to you, SendScale is engineered for Cold Outreach. It is built to initiate conversations with prospective clients who have never heard of you, at scale, without landing in the spam folder.
SendScale solves the "Volume vs. Deliverability" paradox. Traditional sales methods rely on hiring more humans to send more emails. SendScale allows you to scale horizontally by connecting unlimited email accounts to a single orchestration engine, allowing one person to manage the output of a 50-person sales team.
The 5 Pillars of the SendScale Ecosystem
To master the platform, you must understand the five distinct modules that power your outreach.
1. Infrastructure & Identity (Accounts)
This is the engine. Cold email requires "Burner Identity" protection. Instead of sending thousands of emails from your main corporate domain (and risking your company's ability to email existing clients), you connect secondary domains and email accounts here.
Key Feature: You can purchase New domains directly inside the app, or connect your existing Google/Outlook accounts via OAuth.
Why it matters: We separate your sending identity from your corporate identity to eliminate risk.
2. The Warmup Engine
Before a car races, the engine must be warm. Before an email account sends sales pitches, it must establish a reputation.
How it works: Our automated network sends peer-to-peer emails between your account and thousands of others. These emails are automatically opened, read, and replied to.
The Health Status Icon: You will see a “Health Status" icon next to your accounts. This indicates your reputation health. Refer here always to ensure you are building trust with Google and Microsoft every single day.
3. SmartSearch (Lead Intelligence)
You need fuel for the engine. SmartSearch is your integrated lead database.
Capability: Access millions of verified contacts.
AI Power: Use natural language (e.g., "Find me CEOs of New York SaaS companies") to build targeted lists in seconds without complex boolean logic.
Enrichment: We verify every email address in real-time to ensure you aren't paying for bounces.
4. Campaign Orchestration
This is where strategy meets execution. A "Campaign" in SendScale is a container that holds your Leads, your Email Sequences (Scripts), and your Sending Schedule.
Personalization: Use dynamic variables like {{First Name}} or {{Company Name}} to make every automated email look 100% hand-typed and customized .
Inbox Rotation: If you connect 10 email accounts to one campaign, SendScale automatically rotates through them, sending a small, safe volume from each one to reach your total daily goal.
5. SmartBox (Unified Inbox)
When prospects reply, the conversation moves here.
The Problem: Logging into 50 different Gmail accounts to check for replies is impossible to properly execute.
The Solution: SmartBox aggregates every reply from every campaign into a single master feed. You can reply, tag, and close deals from one screen.
Navigating Your Workspace
Familiarize yourself with the primary navigation sidebar located on the left of your screen.
Dashboard: Your high-level telemetry. See total emails sent, open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates across all campaigns.
Accounts: Manage your domains, purchase new ones, and monitor Warmup health.
SmartBox: Your daily workspace for handling replies.
Campaigns: Build and launch your sequences.
SmartSearch: Find and enrich new leads.
Leads: Manage your static lists and imported CSVs.

Pro Tip: Use Cmd + K (or Ctrl + K) to jump between lead conversations, switch to a specific campaign's performance, or toggle over to your settings. It’s the fastest way to navigate SendScale without ever lifting your hands off the keyboard.
